These Official Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Redemption Bank “Bet on Yourself”
Business Giveaway (“Promotion”) sponsored by Redemption Bank (“Sponsor”). Participation constitutes
full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms.

Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- “Entrant” means an eligible individual who submits an entry in accordance with Section 4.
- “Prize” means the cash deposit described in Section 5.
- “Promotion Period” means March 3, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. MST through March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
- “Social Media Platform” means LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Twitter (X).
- “Winner” means each eligible Entrant selected in accordance with Section 6.
- “Qualified Business” means a for-profit or nonprofit business entity (including sole proprietorship,
  partnership, limited liability company, corporation, or other recognized legal structure) that is duly
  organized, registered, and in good standing under the laws of any U.S. state or territory as of the date
  of entry, and that is owned or controlled by the Entrant.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to natural persons who, as of the entry date:
- Are legal residents of the United States;
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence;
- Are the owner of a Qualified Business; and
- Are eligible to open and maintain a Redemption Bank business deposit account in good standing.
For purposes of these Terms, “Registered Business Owner” means an individual who owns or controls a
Qualified Business and whose business registration is active and not administratively dissolved, revoked, or
suspended as of the date of Winner verification.

No purchase, deposit, or account is required to enter or win. Opening or funding a Redemption Bank account
does not increase the chances of winning. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its
subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and
household members are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws
and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. MST on March 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on March 31, 2026.
How to Enter
1. Social Media Entry
  During the Promotion Period, an Entrant may enter via any Social Media Platform on which Sponsor
  maintains an official account by taking the following actions:
  1. Comment on the official Promotion post on Sponsor’s designated account on any eligible Social
    Media Platform, describing how the Entrant would use the Prize to grow their Qualified Business;
    and
  2. Share or repost the official Promotion post to the Entrant’s story, feed, or timeline on that same
    platform in a manner permitted under the applicable Social Media Platform’s terms of service.
  Entry Allocation:
  - Each qualifying comment equals one (1) entry.
  - Each qualifying share, repost, or story post of the official Promotion post equals one (1) additional
    entry.
  - Maximum of two (2) total entries per Qualified Business across all Social Media Platforms combined
    during the Promotion Period.
  Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or automated means are void. Sponsor reserves the right to verify
  eligibility and business ownership.
2. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
  To enter without posting on social media or having a Redemption Bank account, mail a postcard with your
  full name, business name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and a brief statement (50 words
  or fewer) describing how you would use the Prize to grow your Qualified Business to:

  Each properly submitted postcard equals one (1) entry. Maximum of two (2) total entries per Qualified
  Business, regardless of method of entry. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Mail-in entries will not
  be judged on content and will be included in the same random drawing as all other eligible entries.
Prize
Five (5) Winners will each receive one thousand dollars ($1,000 USD) deposited into the Winner’s
Redemption Bank business deposit account. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $1,000
USD. Total ARV of all Prizes is $5,000 USD.No purchase, deposit, or account funding is required to enter or win.
If a selected Winner does not have an existing Redemption Bank business deposit account, the Winner must
be eligible and willing to open one in accordance with Sponsor’s standard account opening procedures. Any
account opened must comply with Sponsor’s standard account terms, minimum balance requirements, and
applicable banking regulations. Promotion participation does not waive standard account requirements.
To receive the Prize, the Winner’s business deposit account must be open and in good standing at the time of
Prize deposit. For fraud prevention and operational purposes, Sponsor requests that the account remain open
for thirty (30) days following Prize deposit; however, a Winner’s decision to close the account after receipt of
the Prize shall not result in forfeiture of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to
seek recovery of the Prize amount solely in the event of verified fraudulent entry, identity misrepresentation,
or violation of these Terms. No minimum deposit or balance maintenance beyond Sponsor’s standard account
requirements is required as a condition of receiving the Prize.
Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each Winner. An
IRS Form W-9 may be required, and an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or applicable successor form) will be issued
as required by law.
Nothing in this Promotion modifies or supersedes Sponsor’s standard account agreements, fee schedules,
privacy disclosures, or FDIC disclosures. Redemption Bank is a Member FDIC.
Selection and Notification of Winner
Five (5) Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about April 8, 2026 from
all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
Each Winner will be notified by direct message on the applicable Social Media Platform or, for mail-in
entrants, by email or telephone. If such Winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is deemed ineligible,
or declines the Prize, an alternate Winner may be selected.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and identity prior to awarding the Prize and may require
government-issued identification or other documentation. Sponsor may also require each selected Winner to
execute an affidavit of eligibility, tax documentation, and a liability/publicity release (where permitted by
law) as a condition of receiving the Prize.
Entrant Representations and Warranties
By entering, each Entrant represents and warrants that any content submitted:
- Is original and created solely by the Entrant;
- Does not infringe or violate any third-party rights; and
- Complies with applicable laws and all Social Media Platform terms of use.
Entrant agrees not to submit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems inconsistent with these standards.
Intellectual Property License
By entering, Entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use,
reproduce, display, and distribute the Entrant’s submitted content, name, likeness, and Social Media handle for promotional
purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
Privacy and Data Use
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion
and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor complies with the Utah Consumer Privacy Act and applicable federal privacy laws.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability,
claim, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected,
or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur.
Indemnification
Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)
arising out of Entrant’s breach of these Terms or violation of any third-party rights.
Force Majeure
Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification resulting from acts of God, war, terrorism, government action,
natural disaster, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Publicity Consent
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the Winner’s name,
likeness, Social Media handle, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any
media without further payment or consideration. Sponsor’s use of content will comply with applicable
platform terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor’s use of any winner’s name, likeness, or content
obtained via LinkedIn shall be limited to uses permitted under LinkedIn’s current User Agreement and
applicable platform policies, and shall not include any use that LinkedIn expressly prohibits for commercial
promotional purposes.
Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok,
X (Twitter), or any other platform. Each Entrant fully releases all such platforms from any liability related to the Promotion.
List of Winners
For the name of the Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Redemption Bank Giveaway Winner Request, P.O. Box 17576,
Holladay, Utah 84117 within thirty (30) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion for any reason, provided that such
modification will not materially diminish the chances of winning for valid entries already received.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full
force and effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver.
This Promotion is intended to comply with Utah Code Ann. § 76-10-1101 et seq. and applicable federal law.
No purchase, payment, or deposit is required to enter or win. The Promotion is void where prohibited and is
structured to eliminate consideration. All entrants have an equal opportunity to win regardless of method of
entry.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of
the Promotion or who acts in violation of these Terms or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
