These Official Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Redemption Bank Social Media Giveaway (“Promotion”) sponsored by Redemption Bank (“Sponsor”). Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms.

Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- “Entrant” means an eligible individual who submits an entry in accordance with Section 4.
- “Prize” means the cash deposit described in Section 5.
- “Promotion Period” means November 15, 2025 through December 15, 2025.
- “Social Media Platform” means LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Twitter (X).
- “Winner” means the eligible Entrant selected in accordance with Section 6.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to natural persons who, as of the entry date:
- Are legal residents of the United States;
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence; and
- Are eligible to open or maintain a Redemption Bank deposit account in good standing.
No purchase, deposit, or account is required to enter or win. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. MST on November 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on December 15, 2025. Sponsor may extend, suspend, or modify the Promotion Period with public notice as required by law.
How to Enter
1. Social Media Entry
  During the Promotion Period, an Entrant may:
  1. Post original content on one or more Social Media Platforms; and
  2. Tag @BankRedemption in the post.
  Entry Allocation:
  - One (1) entry per qualifying tagged post.
  - Ten (10) additional entries for any post featuring the Entrant wearing Redemption Bank-branded apparel (e.g., hoodie).
  - One (1) additional entry for every twenty (20) “likes” the qualifying post receives.
  There is no maximum number of entries. Each entry must be unique and comply with these Terms and applicable platform rules.
2. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
  To enter without posting on social media or having a Redemption Bank account, mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address to:

    Postmark by December 10, 2025 and receive by December 15, 2025.
  Each properly submitted postcard equals one (1) entry. Limit one mailed entry per envelope. All entries, whether online or by mail, have an equal chance of winning.
Prize
One (1) Winner will receive a cash prize equal to the average daily balance of the Winner’s qualifying Redemption Bank account as of January 1, 2026, up to a maximum of $1,000 USD.If the Winner does not have an existing Redemption Bank account, the Winner must be eligible and willing to open one to receive the Prize; no account is required to enter. The Prize will be deposited into the Winner’s Redemption Bank account on or before February 15, 2026.The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9, and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the value of the Prize.
Selection and Notification of Winner
The Winner will be chosen in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about December 20, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.The Winner will be notified by direct message on the applicable Social Media Platform or, for mail-in entrants, by email or telephone. If the Winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is deemed ineligible, or declines the Prize, an alternate Winner may be selected.Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and identity prior to awarding the Prize and may require government-issued identification or other documentation.
Entrant Representations and Warranties
By entering, each Entrant represents and warrants that any content submitted:
- Is original and created solely by the Entrant;
- Does not infringe or violate any third-party rights; and
- Complies with applicable laws and all Social Media Platform terms of use.
Entrant agrees not to submit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems inconsistent with these standards.
Intellectual Property License
By entering, Entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the Entrant’s submitted content, name, likeness, and Social Media handle for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
Privacy and Data Use
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor complies with the Utah Consumer Privacy Act and applicable federal privacy laws.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur.
Indemnification
Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Entrant’s breach of these Terms or violation of any third-party rights.
Force Majeure
Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification resulting from acts of God, war, terrorism, government action, natural disaster, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Publicity Consent
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, Social Media handle, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other platform. Each Entrant fully releases all such platforms from any liability related to the Promotion.
List of Winners
For the name of the Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Redemption Bank Giveaway Winner Request, P.O. Box 17576, Holladay, Utah 84117 within thirty (30) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion for any reason, provided that such modification will not materially diminish the chances of winning for valid entries already received. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver.This Promotion is intended to comply with Utah law and does not constitute gambling or a lottery under Utah Code Ann. § 76-10-1101 et seq. Participation is free of charge, and all entries have an equal opportunity to win.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
